An exam link is a private, one-time link you send to a candidate. They open it, talk to an AI interviewer, and you get a scored report — no account needed on their side.
1
Open Exam links
From the sidebar, go to Exam links. This is where every link you create lives, with its status and the candidate's recording once they finish.
Exam links — create, search, and track candidates.
2
Create the link
Click Create exam link and fill in:
Candidate name — so you can find the result later.
Topic — the theme of the conversation (e.g. Daily life, Technology, Work).
Voice — the interviewer's voice the candidate will hear.
Pick a candidate name, topic, and interviewer voice.
3
Copy the link and send it
Use the Copy button and send the link to your candidate by email or chat. The link is one-time and expires after 7 days.
The candidate doesn't need to sign up or install anything — they just open the link in a browser and allow the microphone. Share the tips for taking the exam with them too.
4
Track and review
Back on the Exam links page, the status moves from created → in progress → completed. When it's done, open it to read the CEFR report and play back the candidate's answers.
