FluencyScreen lets hiring teams send candidates a voice interview link and receive an automated CEFR assessment of their spoken English, along with the recording.

FluencyScreen produces an automated estimate of spoken English ability. It is intended as a first screen to support human judgment — not as the sole basis for any hiring, rejection, or employment decision. You are responsible for how you use the results, and you should review the recording yourself. We make no warranty that any assessment is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

• Keep your account credentials secure and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
• Have a lawful basis and any necessary authorization to invite and assess each candidate, and comply with the employment and privacy laws that apply to you.
• Ensure candidates are informed their voice will be recorded and assessed (the interview shows a consent notice before recording).
• Use the service only for legitimate hiring-related screening — not to harass, discriminate unlawfully, or violate anyone's rights.

Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (interviews per month, links, team members) are described on our pricing page and enforced in the product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent usage limits, upload unlawful content, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We retain all rights to the FluencyScreen software and brand. You retain rights to your candidate data and results; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluencyScreen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
